子猫の譲渡について(Japanese）
子猫をお譲りするにあたり最低限、守って頂きたいことがあります。
★猫は、10年〜15年あなたと生活を共にします。
(今は20歳を越える猫ちゃんも珍しいことではなくなってきました)
その猫の一生に愛情と責任をもてる方。
万が一、一緒に生活出来なくなった場合には決して安易な行動には出ず
里親さんを見つける努力を惜しまない方。
★ご家族の中に極度の猫アレルギーの方はいませんか？
猫アレルギーの方との生活は猫にも人にもストレスが掛かります。
★年に一度の健康診断、予防接種を受けてください。
また、猫の体調の異変に気が付かれましたら獣医師の診断を仰いで下さい。
猫は体調の悪さを上手に隠す動物で、気がついた時には手遅れといった事もあります。
日頃からマメなブラッシング等のスキンシップをかねて猫の様子を観察してあげて下さい。
★猫にとって外は危険が一杯、完全室内飼でお願いします。
★完全ケージ飼いを希望の方は、譲渡をお断り致します。
★ペット飼育可能な住宅にお住まいの方。
★ペットとしてお譲りした場合、8ヶ月までに必ず避妊・去勢手術を受けて下さい。
獣医師の判断で8ヶ月以降になる場合は御連絡をお願いします。
子猫を選ぶ時に一番大切だと思うことは、ブリーダーの猫に対する愛情だと思います。
どんなに申し分ない血統で、ショーでタイトルが取れる素晴らしい猫であっても
オーナーの接し方次第で性格は変わってきてしまいます。
お譲りする子猫は1匹１匹が大切な命です。
我が子同様に可愛がっていただける方にお譲りしたいと思います。
その他の事につきましては、特定商取引法に基づく表示をご覧下さい。
お渡し時期
兄弟姉妹達とおっぱい争奪戦を繰り広げたり、
遊びの延長としてプロレスごっこをしたりしながら喧嘩の加減を覚えたり
性格が出来上がってきますので、生後５０日以下でのお渡しはお断りしております。
生後６０日を過ぎて、子猫の健康状態を見ながら
予防接種後に獣医師の健診を受けた後のお渡しとなります。
DNA検査について
実費にて子猫のDNA検査をお受けいたします。
海外の検査機関にお願いする為、検査結果が来るまでの間に
約1ヶ月ほどのお時間を頂きますことをご了承くださいませ。
譲渡金額について
子猫の譲渡金額はカラー（毛色）ではなく、その猫のクオリティにより金額は異なってきますが、
繁殖不可のペットとして譲渡した場合には、下記の金額をめやすにご検討ください
ペットクオリティ ショート１３万円〜20万円（ロングの場合には１０万〜１５万円）
ショークオリティ ショート２５万円〜３０万円（ロングの場合には２０万〜２５万円）

ブリーダー様に絶対にお譲りしないと決めている訳ではございません。
私も過去に何度も何度もエキゾの先輩ブリーダー様にお譲り頂けないかと
お願いをしてきた事がございますのでお気持ちはとてもよく理解しております。
当キャッテリーの仔猫をブリード候補としてお迎えしたいとお考え下さいますブリーダー様は
最初の問い合わせより、どうぞ隠さずにブリード希望で御相談ください。
偽名を使ったり、他人様を巻き込んでの問い合わせを今までに何度も経験しております。

禁止事項
1.繁殖不可でお譲りした猫を無断でブリーディングする事
2.第三者へ許可なく譲渡する事（転売の禁止）
3.繁殖可でお譲りした場合でも、当方が認めた血統ライン以外と交配する事
4.繁殖可でお譲りした猫が子供を産んだ場合、その子供をブリード可で第三者へ譲渡する事
上記1〜4に該当する事が判明した場合に関する紛争については、千葉県松戸地方裁判所
を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所と致します。
尚、悪質と判断した場合には、弁護士を通して刑事告訴する場合もあります。

Every new pet owner is under obligation to follow the basic rules
★Since cats live in a close relationship with pet owners for 10 -15 years,
the prospective owner must be fully responsible for the entire life of the cat.
★Is anyone allergic to cats in the family?
Cats are sensitive to those who are allergic to cats
and feel stressful just as much as the family member does.
★It is extremely important that kittens take a health examination and
receive all necessary preventive injections once a year.
★It can be very dangerous to allow a kitten outside. Have the kitten stay inside at all times.
★We reserve right to refuse selling our kittens for those who wish to cage at all times.
★We sell our kittens only to those living where pets are allowed .
★If kittens are sold as pets, they need to be spayed or neutered within 8 months old.
What is most important for selecting a kitten is a loving feeling of a new pet owner
towards him/her. No matter how perfect the pedigree is or how great the cat show titles are,
the character formation of the kitten depends on how the new pet owner attends
to the new family member. Each kitten deserves the value of life; therefore,
I reserve right to sell our kittens only to those in good care.

The timing for handing over kittens to the new pet owners
Kittens should be raised around all the daily activities of people,
in their bedrooms, kitchen, around TVs, etc...some cats may be confined (such as whole males),
but we have a spacious room for the boys.
It is important to note that we may permanently harm kittens by separating them from their mothers so early.
kittens can be extremely fragile, and putting them in a new home and
environment too soon puts additional stress on them, upping the chances of getting sick.
There are crucial mental, emotional, and developmental milestones that kittens experience in their early stage of life.
Our policy is to let them leave home is at least 60 days after their birth,
followed by close observation on their day-to-day health condition,
vaccination and the final medical check-up by our veterinarian.
The purchase price
The purchase price will not be based on the coat color of kittens but based on their overall quality.
Please refer to the following prices for kittens as pets.
Domestic x Domestic: \100,000 〜 \150,000
Imported x Domestic: \150,000 〜 \200,000
Imported x Imported: \200,000 〜
Those who violate the purchase agreement will be subject to the
exclusive agreement jurisdiction court in Matsudo City in Chiba Prefecture.
Kittens for sale（Foreign countries）
Only deposit hold a kitten.
All deposit are not refundable on a kittens due to change of mind.
We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale without any justification.
In the case where a deposit has been paid, it would be refunded
(only what we got, we not refund bank charge, transfer charge, exchange rate, .....)
We accept payment facilities, but YOU NEED TO RESPECT DATE SPECIFIED OR WE CAN CANCEL.
We not hold a kitten over 4 months old (except if we have agreement together).
If it's not possible for you to adopt the kitten at time specified,
hold fee of 20$ per day, per cat will be charge. This is an hard job to keep kitten in perfect condition.
